Ann Tarpley is a Native of the city of Hampton and the 1st Female and African American to be elected as Mayor. Hampton has provided strong roots and great values as a foundation for Mayor Tarpley to build upon with a vision to move progress forward together. Mayor Tarpley is focused on creating opportunities in our community that creates a place we love to call home.
